Number of compliments recorded in the compliments and complaints system
The number of compliments Shropshire Council has recorded within its customer feedback system has increased at Q2. Whilst complaints must be formally reported in line with the Council’s procedures but there are no such requirements to report compliments. As a result variations in performance could be as a result of recording practice. Monitoring will continue within Shropshire Council to help identify good practice across different service areas and to unders recognise when staff members have done a particularly good job.
